True story. I almost lost my mom today. A man called my mothers house saying that my sister was in so much trouble. In the background she could hear a woman screaming saying: Help me mom, help me! The man kept telling my mom, that is your daughter crying for help.. can you hear her? He said that my sister was robbed and trying to defend herself she threw a rock but the rock hit a child instead and the child died. The man wanted $2,000 to help my sister..my mom told him she did not have the money, then, he wanted less money and my mom fainted in her despair with chest pain. He called right back, and this time my niece picked up the phone and confronted the man. he told her he was coming to rape her. This is the new style for thieves to take advantage of old innocent people. My mom is a frail, old woman. After my dads passing she became very ill and she suffer from a heart condition.. when the man told her that one of her children needed her she almost had a heart attack. The POSs number registered in the caller ID and now the police is involved.
