True story... Yesterday we were at Walmart getting a few items and just wasting time before we had to pick up just down the road. We went to the checkout with 20 or less items. We were standing there for a while and I looked ahead in the line curious to see what was taking so long. As I looked up, I saw an older gentleman looking at the cashier confused. I couldnt quite hear what she was saying. After a few seconds it was evident that there was something about his card. I wasnt sure at the time but thought maybe it had been declined or maybe he forgot his PIN number or just didnt know how to use the card. The people in line were getting impatient and starting to loudly share their frustration. Keeping in mind all the lines were extremely long. The cashier was trying to help but finally told him that he couldnt get his few groceries because he couldnt pay for them. It was sad to see how confused he was and how hard the cashier was trying to explain to him all the while, the people in line getting more frustrated with the wait. What do you think should have been done?
