True to form Mayor showed his true colors when confronted with the truth. They have continued to delete posts from their page. Mine here was too truthful, not only was this post deleted, I was blocked from his page: Mayor... Vindictive and punitive, and his actions will not affect Jay Eubanks as severely as they will affect Karr. As a caretaker of a dog with a seizure disorder, I can pick up on the subtle aura of an oncoming seizure and administer appropriate meds often preventing the seizure, which at any time could be deadly. These subtle symptoms are best managed by Eubanks who has went round for round fighting for what is right for this dog, and most familiar with his body and medical needs. The misreporting on suspected cancer vs cancer by a publication you are trying to pin at the fault of Eubanks is nothing more the a transparent smoke screen to carry out your vendetta against Eubanks who cared enough that the right people were contacted and the Nations eyes were on you and Kinston. Now those same eyes will be on the County Commissioners to question the risks vs benefits of keeping this dog with Eubanks. Officer Karr is respectfully retired in the publics eyes, but you and Kinston have disrespected his service by using him as a pawn in a blatant personal vendetta against Eubanks. Working for a rescue who is often asked to recruit K-9 officers for smaller cities who cant afford to purchase a K-9 Mallinois, this is why I am so opposed to participating in these programs. Had I raised this dog from bottle fed to becoming a K-9 service dog, and he been treated with such disregard for his health and safety, the City would find themselves in violation of their adoption contract and wed be settling this matter in a courtroom and undoubtedly reclaimed and placed with Eubanks. Your disrespect for K-9 Officer Karr and determination to separate him from Eubanks who is best suited to manage his medical needs speaks volumes that this wasnt a clean cut case of retirement but an agenda to be served at the cost of this dogs well being. Shameful, and not by any means over.
