Whereas before, your natural tendency was to give in to temptation, now with Jesus in your life, He gives you the POWER to resist temptation. Remember that today, you are living the new life that God has given you. You can control your temper, apologize to someone, help your neighbour, love your spouse, avoid certain websites, show patience when in traffic, and be encouraging with your words. All these are possible because you came “back from the dead” and have now been made alive with Jesus. The evidence can be found in how you LIVE."
