Truly delighted with Apple customer service..had some problems with the display of the phone; Apple replaced it in a day with a new one..no questions asked..now tats wat the companies need to do to earn loyal customers-hassle free customer care..only if indigenous companies like Micromax understood the value of customer satisfaction..took 2 months to repair broken screen of a tablet and that too after making repeated calls and visits to the store..Moral of the story: Using jugaad ways to build cheap products and getting Wolverine as brand ambassador might get u some new customers in the short term but definitely wont help u build a loyal customer base!!
