Trust in The Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding. My dear Heavenly Father knew that I would try to figure out why certain things happen, so He told me what to do . . . trust Him with all my heart. I got to hold my 12th precious grandchild, Jubilee Kate Peters, knowing she was already safe in the arms of Jesus. Oh, how I had to cling to that verse! My dear Father kept whispering to my heart, Trust Me. As I held her and cried and tried to make sense of all this, my Father was right there, holding me as I held Jubilee. I knew He understood my pain, my deep heartache, my grief, my sadness . . . not just for myself as a grandma, but for Bethany and Stewart, her precious parents, and for both of our families. The deepest prayer of my heart has always been that my dear Father would be honored and glorified through the lives of the Ron Yoder family. That is still my prayer, and Im trusting God to answer it in His own way and time.
