Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not rely on your own understanding; think about Him in all your ways, and He will guide you on he right paths. Dont consider yourself to be wise; fear the Lord and turn away from evil. Proverbs 3: 5-7 In our world today, filled with deception and danger every direction we look, we need a RELIABLE source of knowledge, wisdom, and guidance as we try to navigate through life. We are looking for someone we can TRUST, but WHO? Should we trust ourselves, and our abilities to reason things out and find the correct way? Should we depend on other humans who are sinners and searching for help just as we are, to tell us what to do? The fact is, we need a greater source of knowledge, wisdom, and guidance than any human can provide. This is where our scripture verse for today comes in. You see, what we need can only be found as we learn to trust God. We are to trust Him totally and completely, realizing that He alone is the ONLY source of TRUE knowledge, wisdom, and guidance that we must have in order to stay on the path God has for us to follow.
