Trust in the work place is very difficult to achieve unless it is a cultivated value that everyone in the organization cherishes and works to achieve. Trust is fragile and what may take a long time to achieve can be easily lost and broken. Trust must come from the top down and so must the general atmosphere of the company. Trust at the core must be built only on one thing. Making and keeping promises. Once a promise is made it lives or dies on the integrity in which it was made. A promise made should be a promise kept.
