Truth. When i bought my first pistol I decided I would never carry it unless I could carry it condition 1. I knew I felt very uncomfortable with this so I had to teach myself how to BE comfortable with it. So I sat the Hi-power up on a night stand, condition 1 (hot round in the chamber, safety on, hammer cocked) (actually just left it empty, but simulating condition 1) After a few weeks of looking at it every day ..I realized it wasnt just going to GO off ...hammer doesnt magically just drop .. and after practicing grip and safety I was then confident carrying condition 1. https://youtube/watch?v=i_nBU11kulo
