Truth be told: PNP is screwing you up, while some gun dealers is screwing you more only they do it quietly. These two entities are the main beneficiaries of RA 10591. Yet the latter still insist that they are working for you, but they never did and never will. They work for themselves and only after your money, nothing more and nothing less. Be careful with these *ssholes as they roam around here convincing you to submit to new legalities so they can sell you their guns notwithstanding if you get hurt and lose money in the process as long as they get to profit even at the expense of your own misery.
