Truth in comedy. This Dave Chappell video is at least 10 years old but couldnt be more prophetic if it tried. What is true now was true then and always has been. But if your white, reports like these were met with scepticism and for many whites still are. You need only to open your eyes. I posted this here for awareness proposes. It is important to show how prevalent police brutality has been in American law enforcement since forever. If it makes you laugh, thats ok too. But the content is topical and very pertinent.
