Truthfully? Having fun in real life rather than my fictional life. Im preparing for my daughters baby shower and enjoying all of the preparations. One of the finest adventures is using china of my Grandmothers and my Moms. They owned beautiful place settings and as I organized these displays, I think of them. And then of course, because Im the ultimate foodie I use my collection of cake plates and vintage silver trays. As well I have candles of course, and glorious floral displays from my friend. Its already a special day for me and the event happens tomorrow. Its all good, as my heroine Rachel would say. And truly, she is right.
