Try this experiment, next time you are around someone that makes you upset, angry, agitated, negative, unsettled, etc. Remember you can take responsibility to how you respond, and react. Just say these silent words to yourself as you are being afflicted with the worlds mentality......say, I forgive you, Im sorry I hurt you, I love you....God I make amends today to take responsibility for my own actions, help me.... thank you God. This is powerful.... Be blessed, and be as peace...Amen
