Try this glute focused move next leg day! A standard stationary lunge with a kick back. Be sure your balance is steady as you come up from the lunge. Balancing on the front leg will force you to engage all those muscles for support. As you kick back the rear leg be sure to get a pause and squeeze of that glute. Control is key!! These are great to superset with another move or do a high volume of these at the end of your workout to burn out your legs. Can also be done with walking lunges. LET ME KNOW WHAT YOU THINK
