Try to dance more with your feet rather than your legs. Your feet should push the floor to move your body and your toes should reach your leg where you want it to go. Point your feet whenever they are in the air. Your feet should never be passive. Do less dancing with your thighs and knees and more with your toes and ankles. Even when you developpé, think of where that free foot goes and let it bring the free leg to the position. Try it.
