Trying super hard to eat well on my rest day. It is always tough the day after a long run - the long run munchies are real! LOL I have a hard time staying in my WW points. So far Ive had my normal breakfast (muffin cups, grapefruit, milk) and snack (greek yogurt and a banana), plus a decent lunch of 1 cup FF cottage cheese, cucumbers, tomatoes, and toast with strawberry preserves. Then strawberries with cool whip free and a drizzle of sugar free chocolate syrup. If I eat what we planned for dinner (chicken brats and corn on the cob), I have two points to play with for an afternoon snack. Id really like to get back down to 157, so Im trying hard!
