Trying to contain my emotions and excitement this weekend! Last night 20 children in the Congo said goodbye to their wooden crates and slept in real beds for the first time! Story Changers is expanding beyond the borders of Ethiopia and into The Congo!In 2008, we met a couple from Florida through a mutual friend one Spring weekend. Little did I know the plans that God was beginning to weave amongst us! Today, I get to announce Chris and Andrea Stewart as the new Program Directors of Story Changers Congo! Their hearts and lives are sold out for these children who desperately need aide, love, and relief. Chris is on the ground working with new staff and beginning the first stage of stabilizing a very underfunded orphanage. They are doing huge things for these children!
