Trying to find someone to sublet our apartment due to having a baby! This is a two bedroom apartment (house split into two, we are the upstairs), rent is $530 for both rooms. You dont have to pay for heat, gas, or water, but in the summer time its $25 extra each month for a window AC unit! Non smoking apartment. Located downtown on Davenport Street, between Dodge and Governor. Landlord would like the person or people(2) to have an income so she doesnt have to worry about someone missing the payment.
