Trying to finish a house in a single weekend. 3 Satterwhite crews participating, with a 4th having already done work earlier this week. The guys are inside now. Aspen tongue & groove lumber has been put on ceiling, and now they are lifting and setting heavy hewn trim timbers on the ceiling. This is muscle powered, handcraft work. Amazing to watch these guys work. They are all so experienced, talk is minimal. Surrounding the house on 3 sides, each crew has a saw station. Each man moves like a precision football formation. Dimensions are called, and the saw man quickly cuts each piece. The speed this house is coming together is startling.
