Trying to hire a car from Enterprise car hire it is like getting blood from a stone, I have hired cars from diffrent parts of the world even America and never had this trouble, we are on holiday in Scotland not Israel or the likes Bloody Scotland paper licence and plastic licence should suffice, no they want a utility bill, der wexare on holiday. Ok no problem we got the campsite to print a copy of our membership complete with address, phones up enterprise in Ayr got another proof of address oh is todays date on the print out, yes we said, can I phone you back in 5 yes we said. Phone call from Enterprise sorry you need second proof of address, ah yes we have our paper licence, plastic licence, and proof of address from caravan club.
