Ts Easy Blueberry Lemon Cream Cheese Pie: (Tonights Dessert) 1 (9 inch) frozen pie crust, defrost 1 (8oz) cream cheese, soften 1/2 cup granulated sugar 1 tsp lemon extract 1 (8oz) fat free cool whip 1/2 can blueberry pie filling Preheat oven at 350 degree 1. Take a fork and poke holes into your pie crust before baking (this will prevent the crust from puffing up) bake for 10 minutes or until nice and golden brown 2. When done let pie crust cool for 20 minutes 3. Mix the cream cheese, sugar and lemon extract together and whip with an electric mixer until smooth 4. Gently fold in the cool whip until well combined 5. Take cream cheese mixture and spread it evenly into your pie crust 6. Top with blueberry pie filling and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before slicing Enjoy
