Ts Spam Corn Chowder 1 1/2 cans spam, cubed 5 large potatoes, peeled and cubed 1 yellow onion, cubed 1 cup sour cream 2 cups milk 2 tbsp all purpose flour 2 cans sweet corn, drained 2 tsp salt, or to taste 1 pinch black pepper 1 package ready to serve real bacon bits (optional for topping over your chowder 1. Boil your potatoes and onions with enough water on medium heat until vegetables are semi soft 2. When potatoes and onions are semi done add in the milk, salt and pepper and let it simmer together for a few minutes while you prepare your sour cream mixture. Now to make your sour cream mixture add the 1 cup sour cream and 2 tbsp all purpose flour together in a medium bowl with 1 cup of your soup thats already cooking on the stove. Take your sour cream mixture add it back into your soup then add in your spam and corn and let it all cook together on low heat for another 10 minutes more. Taste your chowder and make sure it is to your liking turn off the heat and let it sit for about 5 minutes before serving. Top with bacon bits and enjoy.
