Tsav kicks against proscription of Boko By Abraham Oker Jev Abubakar Tsav, former Lagos State Police Commissioner believes the proscription of Boko Haram was discrimination at the highest level. He said that by the action President Jonathan took against Boko Haram, he has shown that he is a discriminatory leader. In a text message yesterday, Alh. Tsav frowned that the action of the President is dictatorial and ethnic inclined. ...He further questioned if the action is an act of legislation or merely a decree by the President, condemning the rational to single out the sect for proscription and excluding others like MEND, NDVF, OPC and Ombatse who are also engaged in acts of terrorism. “Was Boko Haram a legal and lawful organization before the ban? Why is the President always wagging behind like the tail? He just sleeps, dreams and acts on his dreams without thinking. Laws are made for all but Goodluck Jonathan’s laws are discriminatory and have ethnic bias. This is civilian dictatorship and not democracy.
