Tues. 9/23: 2/8 B-37. QB A10 sets up in a shotgun formation and is standing seven yards behind the snapper. When the ball is snapped to A10 he drops back several steps while holding the ball in a throwing position and looking downfield. A10 then steps forward, plants his left foot at the B-45 and brings his throwing arm forward. B55 has taken several steps as he rushes A10 and B55 then contacts A10: (a) by tackling A10 with his arms and shoulders above the waist and driving him back and then down to the ground; (b) by using his facemask and hitting A10 in the chest area and then tackling him; (c) by using the top of his helmet and hitting A10 in the neck and helmet and then tackling him. A10 maintains possession of the football in each situation. Ruling in (a), (b) and (c)?
