Tues. Dec. 9th - #Buffalo Officer Carol Horne was punished after a 2006 indecent when her department said she interfered with a fellow officer while he was arresting a #black man. Horne had unsuccessfully argued at her hearing that she believed Gregory Kwiatkowski was choking the person he was attempting to arrest. Officer Horne maintained Gregory Kwiatkowski was abusing the suspect. Earlier this year Officer Gregory Kwiatkowski was also indicted in a separate incident, he was accused with other #officers of the law and holding down a teenager and shooting him with a BB gun. July 17, 2010 - Buffalo Police Lt. Gregory Kwiatkowski, already under investigation for a Lancaster bar brawl, has been suspended for attacking a fellow police officer. Officer Cariol Horne in May of 2008, was fired 2 months before she had reached her 20 years with the department - sent away empty handed.
