Tonights session: Riverbank; 1 X 1min fast, 1min slow 6 X 50secs fast, 30secs recovery 7 minutes on Rawhide Ridge, up + down hill fast/slow 4 X 50secs fast, 30secs recovery 2 X 400m to finish (when it was only suppossed to be one) But just because your body tells you its tired, you dont have to believe it!!!
