Tuesday, 14 October 2014 Ref: Car Parking and Pick Up Time Dear Parents/Guardians, I would just like to clarify and remind all existing and new parents to the school that the parking procedure, must be followed to ensure that all children are safe, at all times. That means during the morning cars must not park on the road where the traffic cones are. Also, to the left of the school gate there are a few parking spaces for early years parents, to drop their children to the classroom. Can we keep this parking to 5 minutes only please, so that other parents in the early years can use this space, as it is for a ‘quick drop off of your child’. Unfortunately due to the size of the road we can’t have a safe and effective parking system, if people don’t follow these simple but very important instructions. Another matter I would like to mention, is that the school day finishes at 4.00pm We only have staff in school until 4.15pm, so can you kindly ensure that your children are collected, for that time. If there is an emergency and you will be late or you can’t get anyone to collect your children for you, please inform the office.
