Tuesday 7.1.14 Thanks for their Gifts Philippians 4:10-20 Will God meet our needs like health, food, shelter, and long life? All things come from God, including health and basic necessities of life, but when such things are lacking, God still provides what we really need. Jesus said to concern ourselves with the kingdom of God (the most important thing) and not worry about our physical needs. Whether we face trouble, hardship, persecution, or danger, we can always depend on Jesus’ grace. Do you honor God through the gifts He has given you? Prayer: I love you, Lord. You’ve blessed me, despite my selfish desires. Give me the strength to follow you unconditionally. Amen.
