Tuesday; As the climb up the mountain progresses, we need to be clear which emotions and reactions are harmful and which are helpful; then cultivate those that are conducive to peace of mind and clarified choices. Often, due to a lack of knowledge, we accept anger and unclear responses as natural parts of our minds. This is an example of ignorance being the source of our problems. To reduce our destructive emotions and rationale we need to strengthen and nourish the positive ones; Such emotional hygiene and renovation can contribute to more balance and better footing up that slope
