Tuesday August 20, 2013 started with 20 jumping jacks, then a 400 meter run, then 4 different stations of wall balls, foam roller, slam balls, groiners, T push ups, wall ball air squats, trunk twisters with slam ball, and jumping air squats. then onto the the wod, 1st was 5 min of double under work ( I am still working on singles my goal for the time is to do 100 unbroken) then the 2nd part of the wod was a hero wod Kelsu which is a 33 min time cap of emotm of 5 burpees, and then thrusters till you get to 100 thrusters, my wod was scaled to 10 lb dumbbell thrusters, and 3 burpees for each round. I got thru the thrusters part in 15 minutes, then coach Peter Brasovan, said to do 5 burpees for each minute till the time cap was up so if math is right ( which is prob not) that is a total of 140 burpees, and 100 thrusters in 33 minutes. Thanks to coach Peter for not going easy on me, and to the 7 pm class you guys were amazing tonight. And for dinner tonight is a 2 egg omlett of spinach, peppers, onions, and guac. Yum
