Tuesday December 2 Micah 4:6-13 Reflection: In our great need – we dream; we conceive a vision for the future. We nurture the growing promise with hope. As we wait in expectant awe, we look to the gathered community for love, understanding, wisdom, and strength. Together, we struggle and we breathe through hard labor, trusting each other’s hands as the hands of the midwife. As we journey together, we overcome obstacles and endure pain, to arrive at a place of Joy. Together, we give birth to beauty, justice, and mercy. To bring new hope into the world is nothing less than total transformation. Prayer: God of creation, God of mercy and grace, we thank you for being a continual presence in our lives, when we feel your presence keenly, and when we do not.
