Tuesday Healthcare Tip: Did you know you can get Short Term Insurance? If you just got a new job and have to wait 3 months for your Insurance to kick in, you can look at getting Short Term which can be much less expensive than COBRA. You can also just do Accident Insurance if you don’t want a full Major Medical or can’t get it because of pre-existing. That way, if you get in an accident of some kind, at least you are covered. Accidents are never planned.
