Tuesday, January 27th is a Norwood City Council meeting--7:30 pm, Norwood City Hall. Im going with a few folks who are signers of this open letter, which was prompted by Mayor Williams recent letter to the Norwood Police Department. We are using the catalyst of that letter, and the myriad responses to it, to address why our city has the stigma that it does involving racial tension, and why we believe this could be a moment to offer an alternate narrative. If you have already signed on to the letter, please dont worry if you dont see your signature on this Change.org version of it. I made this version to make it easier to share online.
