Tuesday, October 14, 2014. Greetings from amazing Sakon Nakhon on the Remembrance Day for October 14, 1973, Uprisings, that one of the participant and witness in the uprisings is in Sakon Nakhon now and remember the situation that happened on October 13, 1973, at noon he joined the protests in Thammasat University with the students and people all walks of life; about 03:00 pm. the protests moved from Thammasat University crossing the Sanam Luang Field into the Inner Rajdamnoen Rd., walikng along the road and stop to make the speech at Government Lottery Building Office, then kept on walking along the road and made the speech at the Khok Wua Cross sections to make the speech, kept on walking and get into the Central Rajdamnoen Rd., making the speech at the Metropolitan Police Office, kept on walking and stop to make the speech at the Military Cadet School, kept on walking until dusk reaching the ground of King Rama 5 Monument the protests well guarded by vocational students, the protests made the speech at the ground all night long until about 03:00 of October 14, 1973, having an announcement that the protests and the government had reach the solution to solve the conflicts peacefully, about thirty minutes after that there was the clash between the guards of the protests with the government forces, so the witness and some people left the ground on the way along the Rajdamnoen Rd., walking along the Lan Luang Rd. to Pratu Nam, walking along the Rajprarob Rd. to the Monument of Victory, waliking along the Phahonyothin Rd. until reaching the Kaset Cross sections and then taking the bus to the university dorm beside the 11th Regiment of Infantry Battalion Camp or R.11. In the afternoon around 03:00 pm. as having meal in the dining hall of the dorm the announcement via TV that Field Marshall Thanom Kittikhachon, Field Marshall Prapas Charusathien and Colonel Narong Kittikhachon had left the country already.
