Tuesday, October 15th: Dance Conditioning (full body workout with a focus on cardio, balance, coordination & strength & flexibility work) 7-8pm and then NEW pilates mat basics class (core core core) 8-9pm. Bring a mat if you have one; there are some to borrow. Both classes are held at Arte Flamenco Dance Theatre & The Center of Worldance. Classes are open to beginners as well as those interested in crossing training.
