Tuesday October 28, 2014 . . . A New Day . . . A New Beginning . . . A heart felt thank you to everyone for your support and my sincere appreciation to all of you for placing your trust in me. I would also like to take this opportunity to thank my family and friends for your support and understanding I could not have done it without you. I am proud to represent Carleton Place as the newly elected Deputy Mayor. It is a great honour to serve the residents of Carleton Place in this capacity. I take this responsibility and the trust you have shown me very seriously. I am committed to serving the people of Carleton Place to the best of my abilities with enthusiasm, compassion and devotion. You have bestowed a great privilege upon me. I look forward to working with the newly elected council. Congratulations to each of you. We will no doubt face many challenges over the next four years but one thing is certain, we are all proud of our beautiful community and want only the best.
