Tuesday, October 8, 2013 Come try out our NEW Olympic Lifting classes this month with Coach Taylor! Wednesday 6:30 A.M. Friday 6:30 P.M. Sunday 12:00 P.M. There will be NO more Saturday 11:00 A.M. class, please come to 8:00, 9:00, or 10:00 A.M. *Child Care will be from 8 - 11:00 A.M. on Saturdays 1.)Strength – Push Press 3-3-3-3-3 2.)WOD – “Death by…” Wallballs *Buy in each round with 5 ring Dips or 10 box Dips (both Rx’d) 1st min. 1 wallball 20/14# @ Target 2nd min. 2 wallballs 3rd min. 3 wallballs etc. until time expires and wallballs are not completed in full *score is total reps completed in each round + reps during failed round (see cheat sheet below) 6th round completed = 21 total reps, 7th = 28, 8th=36, 9th=45, 10th=55, 11th=66, 12th=78, 13th=91, 14th=105, 15th=120, 16th=136, 17th=151... When I complete the 17th round and fail 16 reps into the 18th round, my score is 167 and then my legs fall off!
