Tuesday TRC Club workout: In a week two we will reduce the recovery and hopefully be able to maintain your pace from last week. The workout this week will be 8 x 400M (at your 5k pace) with a 75 second recovery. Be sure to warm up and cool down with a ½ mile or so. Start time is 6:30 pm @ Clements High School. Be sure to bring some water and/or Gatorade and stay hydrated between reps. For the hill training, we will have a group meeting behind TRC at 6:30 on Tuesday nights. Its about a 1/2 mile or so run to the garage. Once at the garage going all the way up, a loop of the top level and back down is about 3/4 of a mile. You can do as many or as few of reps as you would like. Its going to be warm out so bring something to stay hydrated with. This is St. Lukes Hospitals parking garage, so it is private property. Remember to always be on our best behavior so we dont attract any negative attention and get kicked out.
