Never do I open my eyes without thought of the newness a sunrise brings. Sometimes, it does take a while to remember to consider the blessings of today! Today is a new beginning for thoughts and actions to bless GOD through loving and caring for others in HIS NAME. Today is the day for me to discover a new purpose and style to praise the FATHER in a different way. Who can I love? Who can I serve? How can I pray for GOD’s blessings on others? What can I learn of HIS CHARACTER today? What can I learn of HIS REDEMPTIVE STORY today? Learning of the love and understanding of the FATHER is a dedicated lifelong study, The newness of the today gives me new opportunities and chances for extending my understanding and learning new dimensions of WHO HE IS. So rise with the sun and give GOD all GLORY. Thank him for a new chance to give and show HIS LOVE and CARE to others. Receive the new day as a gift and sing praises for the appointments HE has planned for you on this new day. Sometimes, the joy of the LORD feels far beyond our reach...and YET....HE IS. Today, may we reach beyond ourselves and discover THE JOY OF THE LORD IS OUR STRENGTH.
