Tuesday is the day that Town Supervisors have to submit their proposed budgets for next year. We already know that both Southampton Supervisor Anna Throne-Holst and Brookhaven Supervisor Ed Romaine will be proposing budgets that dont raise taxes. Riverhead, however, is more like a casserole of ingredients that may or may not be in the cupboard.
