Tuesday is whole club run, everyone on the same 4 mile route from 6.5 minute miles to 14 minute miles. Sushma is tailrunning, Paul is with beginners, distance and pace to be negotiated on who attends. If you are new to club and or new to running please ask for me/Nicy /Paul - to have a chat about your running and sort out a bit of paperwork. Please consider wearing hi vis/fluorescent in the dark - unless you REALLY are a ninja- in which case no one will know youre there anyway! We are meeting in the playground of Colmore school, gate entrance on GROVE ROAD at 6.50pm. Please refer to the photo. Please park on the side roads- we should not displace paying customers from the pub car park- and definitely not in the school car park- the gates will shut automatically and wont open until Wednesday! Its every runners responsibility to learn the route -maps below. PLEASE LEARN THE ROUTE. Thank you Sean for drawing the route and to Dave for mapping it on good run guide. If you are slower than 14 minute miles you are welcome to run the route but it is crucial to learn the route and we would recommend you buddy up with a friend of a similar pace or post below to see if anyone wants to do that with you. If you are new to club please let us know and we can ask someone of a similar pace to look out for you. Please respect pedestrians- let them pass and thank people who give way to you. Thanks to club kit we are identifiable - good manners on the paths and pavements please. Route Description: Exit school gate, turn left onto Grove Rd, left onto Tenbury, right onto Featherstone, left onto Brandwood, left onto Broad Lane - cross over - BE CAREFUL- as the pavement will run out- cross back, exit Broad Lane up Alcester Rd South aka Feck Hill - feel free to curse, might help- left onto Woodthorpe Rd (Skoda garage), turn right up Brandwood - you are now retracing your steps-right down Featherstone, left up Tenbury, right onto Grove Rd, stop running when you reach Colmore School. Stretch, take in oxygen, welcome runners who are finishing... Any questions? Please post below.
