Tuesday morning will see temperatures only a few degrees away from what they will be at the end of the day. We will hover around 48-52 all day, with patchy drizzle off and on. It will be a bit windy, with a Northeast wind at 10-20 mph, and a stray shower heavier than drizzle is also possible. Tonight will become colder, with lows staying above freezing in the southern Pee Dee and along the Grand Strand, however temperatures will fall to freezing in our northern and northwestern counties. With these cold temperatures we still have some moisture, and what will be drizzle/light showers near the coast may fall as light freezing drizzle or freezing rain in those areas around freezing. Wind overnight will be out of the Northeast also at 10-15 mph. Wednesday will be a very chilly day with highs only in the low 40s. Sunshine returns by Friday, with highs back into the low 50s.
