Tuesday was Nathans 12th birthday, Holy Cow!! He first had to go to karate before we could celebrate however. On the way to class, I told him that after class, he would need to go home and get spify-fied before we could go out. A long silence followed( during which you could hear the wheels turning in his head) before he responded did you REALLY just say SPIFY-FIED?? I sank as far into my seat as I could and said with a very small voice um, no, of course not just before we both cracked up hysterically. Maybe I should rethink some of the words I have always used. Just a thought. But he did have a good birthday :)
