Tuesday, we roll out a new special sandwich in honor of Chef Jason Holland. Its called The Bomber. It has sliced chicken breast with Buffalo Wing sauce, blue cheese, and crispy bacon on our Sandwich Sourdough -- with celery sticks on the side. And since it will be very warm, well have chilled BLT soup. The Bakers Choice bread will be Three Flour Miche -- a very mild sourdough that comes in a hefty 1kg miche-shaped loaf. Well also be making our new formula of Hearty Grains, German 80% Rye, and French Baguettes. Breakfast options will include Ham & Swiss Croissants, Bacon Cheddar Basket Quiche, and Spinach Mushroom Breakfast Burritos. Muffins will be Banana Chocolate Chip and Pumpkin.
