Tuesdays = Boost Boxfit! Come along to our boxfit class to warm up and give your body a boost. Class starts 7pm at Seaford Primary, Jane Street, Port Noarlunga South. Only $5 to come and try for your first boxfit class then $10 per casual visit after that. No joining fees and no lock in contracts or payments up-front. Bring a friend or come along on your own and we can pair you with a partner for the night. Suitable for all fitness levels. Just bring a towel and water - we supply the rest.
