Tuesdays Trainer Tip: When youre on vacation, there are plenty of ways to incorporate fitness while still relaxing and decompressing from your daily grind. Hiking, running, walking, swimming and stretching are all excellent ways to keep on track. If youre vacationing at the beach, try a short morning yoga routine, stretch or a quick run along the shore. Be sure to take time to appreciate your surroundings. That alone will go far in reducing your overall stress...which in turn helps to maintain a healthier gut (i.e. less vacation weight gain!)
