Tuesdays Trainer Tip, courtesy of Debi, our Member Experience Manager: When your form starts to break in any core strengthening exercise, stop the movement and modify!! Modifying an exercise in NO way signifies weakness. It is critical to perform movements with proper bfform in order to keep joints, bones, ligaments & tendons supported and aligned. For example: if doing standard crunches or planking is rough on your lower back, use a stability ball to support your spine. Need any other modifications? Just ask us!! Were always happy and willing to support you! #tuesdaystrainertip #gym vf#workout #fitness #anytimefitness #exercise #lift #fit #lifestyle #personaltrainer #bootcamp #fitnessinstructor #liftweights #cardio #healthy
