Tuesday’s Congressional testimony by groups targeted by the IRS was infuriating. And so has been some of the reaction. Representatives of six conservative and Tea Party groups testified about the way the IRS put them through the wringer for up to two years or more, holding up their tax-exempt approval, which dried up donations and destroyed their ability to take part in the 2012 elections.
