Tui Na Foundations is this weekend and has a few open spaces! Learn the traditional active style for moving qi in the body. 12 primary hand techniques and their variations along with range of motion techniques are incorporated into a full-body pattern for prone and supine work. Emphasis is given to maintaining tai chi stances while working for the benefit of both practitioner and client. Class includes self-massage, Tai Chi and Qi Gong exercises. Primarily table work, there is also an introduction to barefoot tui na.
