I m sick of being woken up in the morning and late nights from some noisy yet empty quad bikes with only one person. I grew up in this city, as a citizen and have observed all the rubbish that is going on with our traffic and discipline. In developed countries and even neighboring member countries quad bikes are reserved for the farms to check cattle in the ranches. Now you people riding them in rampage, causing loud stupid noise pullution as i like nut heads who dont have respect for redidents leaving close to the main street. We pay for property tax and we deserve a decend night and day of peace when it comes to noise! How much road tax do quads pay??? What is their level of noise decibel to normal motor vehicles? I say the Government looks into this and Customs charge them equivalent or high road tax based on their noise!
